All orders are despatched the same working day if ordered before 12pm or the following day if after. UK orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail which usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive. International Orders are sent via Standard Delivery Royal Mail and the delivery times vary dependent on your country. These are not tracked services (to try and help keep costs down) and they will arrive with your regular post. If you've been waiting a while let us know and we'll go from there!
UK shipping starts at £3.50 and increases based on the weight of your order.
International shipping is a flat rate of £10 regardless of the weight. We are not responsible for customs charges :( sorry.
All of our coffee's are sustainably sourced and where possible bought directly from the farms to ensure they receive full price for their coffee. These farmers are dedicated to producing the best quality and tasting specialty grade coffee. Our coffee's are chosen and roasted to fit the characteristics of THIS ONE, THAT ONE and THE OTHER ONE. We spend aaaages getting this right each time coffee's seasonally change so that everyone gets a beautifully consistent cup, year round.
We do not offer our coffee ground, get yeeerself a grinder yeah? We sell a Hario Slim but are happy to help suggest any others depending on your budget.
For every bag of coffee sold we will donate 10p to either Missing People or Gendered Intelligence (depending on the bag you buy).

When creating your subscription you firstly will need to pick a coffee, followed by how frequently you would like your delivery, payment is only taken when your deliveries are due. If buying as a gift you can set the start date in the future (if you're the organised gift buying type) and choose how many times you'd like a bag to be delivered - for example - 1 bag a month for 3 months. When completing the checkout you will be asked to create an account so that you can easily manage your subscription should you need to pause, skip or amend it in the future. It's super easy to cancel and you won't need to go through hoops in order to do so, promise.
If buying for a gift, select 'this is a gift' at the checkout. You'll then be given an option to write a small, heartfelt and emotional gift message. If you're buying them a subscription (you lovely human you) then you'll have an option to select the start date and how many deliveries in total you would like them to receive. We do not include your name or any prices in the package.
